Doesn't appear to be Agrostis as there are multiple florets per spikelet. Spikelets are too blurred/out of focus for me to confidently suggest a genus

If that broadish leaf with strong ribbing on the upper surface is part of the plant, I'd suggest a Festuca species. Possibly Festuca pratensis
