Using the PlantNet key this keys to R. caespitosum as the lemmas are not golden-brown. However the VICFlora key could go to either R. duttonianum or eventually continue to R. caespitosum depending on how couplet 10 is interpreted. Reading the VICFlora descriptions, the descriptions and measurements for the lemma and lateral lobes are a better match for R. duttonianum.

I got to R.duttonianum fairly easily in the Vicflora key (didn't even consider using plantnet), my understanding is the lemmas are paler when young maturing to a golden-brown color. I'm not quite sure about the dimensions of the individual seeds, in R.duttonianum they are significantly wider.

Also I believe that the lower branch of the flower stem is devoid of spikelets for the lower 1/3 to 1/2 of its length, suggesting R. duttonianum.

I'd agree with R. duttonianum. Lemma looks too broad for R. caespitosum and extent of bare lemma is more typical of R. duttonianum. Checking paleas can also help ID - broad lanceolate and mostly hairless in duttonianum and narrow lanceolate and hairy in caespitosum
