Matt, if you are interested I can put you in contact with somebody who can give you an definite ID with this set of photos. He is currently teaching me how to ID these grasses.

I put it through Vicflora & got R.caespitosum as well Matt. It looks pretty good to me, similar to R.fulvum but the seed shape appears to be a bit different.
