Possible planting and non-native.
Was wondering Stromlo and it stood out. Figured it was worth capturing the images regardless.
No idea what this one is.

40 years ago there were more than 100,000 of these plants chocking the hills around Canberra. Their significant reduction is a major success story re woodland weed management.
