Knowing the location and the appearance these look more like D. subalpina but to confirm one from the other we would need more information. A photo of the flower from the front closer up would be very useful as would a photo of the leaves or a count of the leaves. I am not sure we could confirm more than Diuris sp. as is.

Many D. Monticola a little further west on that morning. May have another photo but leaves were pretty hard to access in thick grasses.
