I put the ID as a suggestion so I could see what others thoughts were. Grass ID can be fiddly at the best of times, particularly without the seedhead.

Thanks michaelb. The suggested fix of downloading and manipulating is not good for me. It is much easier to get the coordinates using the app and an immediate upload. I'm happy to become a "paying" customer if that means someone can fix my problem but it sounds like a bug that is affecting everyone? It's not clear from the links that you gave me if they are busy trying to fix it or if my world will continue to be upside down indefinitely.

If you use your phone sideways (landscape) everything is fine. Just be aware there is a problem at the moment.

It is a software bug with the App, which is being worked on. The platform support address I suggested allows you to put in a report of the problem. We don't have paying members, it is all for free & ID's are done by volunteers.
