Hi Christine I am concerned these are not quite the same. Photos 3 and for are Diuris chryseopsis which is a species that freely hybridizes with other Diuris species. Photos 1 and 2 while still partly Diuris chryseopsis I think show signs of being hybrids. Colour variations are observed but I am concerned by the blunter labellum shape. It may be better to remove photos 1 and 2 and then make a second record of these.
Thanks, one parent is definitely Diuris chryseopsis and the other most likely Diuris pardina which is just starting to flower and is known to produce hybrids with D. chryseopsis. This hybrid is not quite as different to a previous hybrid record of yours from that site, see Diuris sp. (hybrid) (Hybrid Donkey Orchid) .
