Hi Lisa, to be honest I wasn't aware of the Platy Project but I will look into adding it as a sighting.

I think it is just for the month of September? I posted a sighting, and found it pretty easy to submit - and the map of where and when platypus have been seen is fascinating.

Added this sighting, plus another one I saw earlier this year. Great to see they're collecting data. It's making me think of all the locations I've seen platypus in the past and checking them on the map.

Thanks for this Steve. Good sighting. I wouldn't worry about posting them on the platy project as well. For regional sightings, CNM or Waterwatch's Platy and Ratty Portal will capture and use those sightings well. All the data should ultimately end up on ALA.
