I’m not familiar with this one, I’m assuming it may be a lost or released pet? It was a beautifully coloured bird. I only had my IPhone at the time so I could not get any close up photos.

Definitely an escapee, either Alexandrine or Rose-ringed Parakeet, blue mutation.
