X. luteotactella does not have the yellow and black fringe along the forewing margin. I think this may be Xylorycta sp. ANIC46 on BOLD.

However that has so far only been found in far north Queensland !!

How about Xylorycta assimilis?

I think is different. X. assimilis has black based palps with white tips.

Xylorycta luteotactella

This moth has half yellow, half white palps. Yellow legs. Yellow (dark) along costa and termen, I see no black. Otherwise satin white moth. Appropriately shaped wings held tent-like with square ends. All consistent with X. luteotactella.
