Clearly matches Chloroclystis arachnitis (Smal-Fine-lined carpet) see http://lepidoptera.butterflyhouse.com.au/lare/arachnitis.html however the Australian Faunal Directory and the ALA now recognise this species as 'Unplaced arachnitiis ( as of January 2022 following taxonomic revision). Holotype of the species is from Victoria near Melbourne (as Hydriomena arachnitis) but there are no images of the species on the ALA. This is a new sighting record for CNM if confirmed.
