I changed the last two photos to include a cocoon that it may have recently emerged from, I did a bit of searching and some Limacodidae moths have similar looking cocoons and the moths are fairly similar in appearance. I might be going way down the wrong path here, but it’s worth a try.

Yes, seems consistent with the male adlut D. oxleyi, although there are apparently comparitively few photos to compare it with online, see
