I've never seen this species before and it appears to be quite a rare one locally, but I am pretty sure this ID is correct after having a look at the key and some other references. The size is intermediate between R. gigantea and R. laciniata, the leaves look okay, and the erect pods seem to be a good feature to look for.
I was mainly considering paucijuga, it's definitely not lilacina or hirsuta, I don't think franklinensis would be at that locality, and I would also have doubts that flexuosa would be at this location either plus it doesn't look right to me anyway. Hope this helps.
