This looks to be P. vitticeps due to the following distinguishing features: no regularly spaced rings of enlarged scales around base of the tail; only 1-2 rows of enlarged spines along flanks; spines across rear of head arranged in a straight line; well-developed beard is rounded and head is broad. Looks to be male judging by the distinctive black beard. This is most probably an escaped/released pet or possibly arrived by accidental translocation by anthropomorphic means.
