Not sure of the ID, flower wasps with dark bodies seem to also have dark wings

Eirone sp. does look like a possible, I added Thynninae and accidentally delete my original comment at the same time. See Tiphiidae (family) (Unidentified Smooth flower wasp) for image of the female. I did read that wingless female flower wasps are only in Thynninae, but images in ALA for Eirone seem to show wingless females
