Assuming this is Glossodia major? Looked different to the thousands of others I saw.

What a wonderful flower! It seems to be a 'peloric' form of Glossodia where the petals have developed like the labellum, but only partly. One half of each is shorter, with the white lateral mound and half of the stalked callus, while the other half is more normal. The different lengths cause them to curve round.
