Certainly does look like Labdia oxysema (sickle shaped white, black-tipped labial palps) as previuosly identified on CNM and LBH, but i'm not sure the black and white wing pattern matches.
This record and the accumulation of CNM's Labdia oxysema and Elachista flammula records, some of which have good side-on views, make a review of these identifications worthwhile. The females of E. flammula and both sexes of L. oxysema have similar forewing patterns. I believe there are subtle pattern differences, and that the main distinction is in the labial palpi. Those of L. oxysema are long, thin and strongly recurved back over the head as with many Cosmopterigidae, while those of E. flammula are relatively thick and much shorter. I'll recheck these points and write another note. I think most of CNM E. flammula are L. oxysema.
(The males of E, flammula are different, with a distinct white costa as well as white inner margin, and in a comment on 4369651 and 4373820 I reversed the sexes).
