Unknown insect I've never seen before. Dark green with cream lines.

This shield bug feeds exclusively on the Cherry Ballart (Exocarpus cupressiformis) so I assume there were some plants nearby. The last week seems to be the time for large aggregations of this species see Commius elegans (Cherry Ballart Shield Bug)
