Large infestation of a weed we don't want to spread within the ACT

Bad news on the successful eradication front, I believe this is a large patch of bridal creeper. Seems to be a collection of plants by the roadside, I am a little unclear regarding the source of the plant but I believe it should be removed as a matter of urgency.

Thanks Kieran - yes one for priority treatment - looks like a local nursery spread - what were they thinking? or perhaps they weren't and it was a mindless act.
