Yes I think we could usefully create a category something like: ''Amata nr pactolina' for this and keep a watching brief, and perhaps get a specimen for Glenn to have a close look at. Lets see what the others think.
The hindwing looks all wrong for A. pactolina. But BOLD at http://www.boldsystems.org/index.php/TaxBrowser_Taxonpage?taxid=4241 has nearly as many unnamed as named species in Amata. I think it is a local unnamed species. Yes it would be good to have a bin for it on CNM, but the hard part is remembering to spot it and put it in that bin when we gat them.
