About 10 cm across. Mt Painter Reserve Wildflower Triangle ridge.

The gills don't have the bright yellow you expect in Phylloporus - and I don't think the colour is a result of the dowdiness that comes with age. I'd guess a species of Cortinarius - but that's a guess that falls short of certainty.
