New location of highly invasive plant that we are trying to keep out of the ACT region

Seemed to be in a bit of a bad way as the end of the climber was dead, iD is tentative.

Plant removed Saturday 27 March, appears to have bene brought in in sand mix used by workers on oval irrigation pump
