Looks like a Heteroteucha but I can't find any with a head like this one.

It would be good if you could catch it and cool it to get a lateral view. Maybe it got a bit of spiders web or fluff on it palps?

I don't think the head colour is an artifact like spider web. I have no chance of catching this moth as it was in Tidbinbilla. (Maybe Glenn got it.) The photo is very sharp so I enlarged the head from the same photo in case it helps.
