I now think this is Paleaosia (genus) rather than P. bicosta, see page 224 of Moths in the ACT (2022). See also the notes on distingishing Palaeosia (genus) species from P. bicosta reproduced from Moths of Victoria which have been reprodiced in Comments section for CNM Sighting No. 4429316.
