It does not seem to match the Philenora irregularis photos on ALA. The black band around the head is not in them.

Also the sharp pointed point at rear of the black thorax doesn't seem to match other Philenora I can see online.

Philenora irregularis and aspectelella are similar species, and the ACT present species is P. irregularis. Its central band across the forewing has more colour in it, and is slanted a little inwards costa to inner margin, compared with P. aspectalella. BOLD photos illustrate this.

Lucas remarks, in describing Philenora irregularis, that the species is similar to Philenora aspectalella, but is larger and has a more oblique pattern.
