Looks like Schizaea bifida that I have seen on the South Coast, except the stem didn't fork, at least not above ground.
Is this some juvenile form of another fern species? From what I can tell S. bifida hasn't been recorded within the ACT (except for Jervis Bay).
Growing in dry forest in shallow sandstone derived soil.
