I would assume this is the same colony as Diuris dendrobioides (Late Mauve Doubletail)

Yes - but appears to have strong yellow callus which, from other discussion, suggests D. punctata?

I can't quite see the yellow in your photos, but the deep yellow would imply D. punctata. I might have to visit a few populations of both species to familiarise myself with them.

I have other photos but you would need to zoom in so I will get new photos tomorrow and submit them.

I have added two new photos that seem to confirm the yellow callus ?

I have done a bit more research on the two species.
I agree there is yellow in the callus, but I don't believe there is enough to be D. punctata. D. punctata seems to have a solid block of yellow, whereas this plant does not. D. dendrobioides can apparently have a cream callus, much like this plant.
I am leaning towards D. dendrobioides, but I should probably wait for others to comment before I confirm.

I just checked the coordinates of the Mt Majura D. dendrobioides records; they are basically the same. So I'd think it is highly likely that the 2 plants are the same plants recorded previously in 2014, 2015 and 2016. The column in one of the 2014 photos looks yellowish to me...

Agree it looks like dendrobioides to me.
