Oops! Thank you. I just thought the wings looked like a robin (I even imagined colour on the forehead!). One day (hopefully) I’ll be able to identify these lbbs!
The colour on the forehead is the typical rufous on a Brown Thornbill. Only female Red-capped Robins have a reddish tinge to the forehead (not all individuals) which would be unlikely given the location. The posture, however, in pic 1, is not unlike a robin posture.
