Agreed - if it is naturally occurring individual in Cook it is most likely Lampropholis delicata. I lived in this suburb for a while and I saw plenty of these and never saw L. guichenoti (a very similar species in Canberra) around my house or nearby. Although this location is close to Black Mountain where both species occur, I think we can tick this one off as L. delicata.
