Found 4 hooded robins as we walked from the junction of Naas and Apollo Rd up Apollo Rd. One make and female were hanging around a large rock, going inside it quite often, apparently feeding young, as the female was carrying worms into the rock, and whilst she was in there we could hear soft cheeping.

Yes it's an impressive sighting, and great to see a threatened species breeding.

Yes Helen, we were quite amazed by them nesting in the rock, haven’t heard of this behaviour before
