Was chased away by a Grey Shrike-thrush which looked to be catching and eating the same caterpillars

Nice early sighting. We were out in western NSW last week at Cowra and then we went down to Hillston and I was surprised by the numbers of Cuckoos we saw. Mainly Pallid's out west but also a few Fan-tailed and Horsfield's Bronze. Just about everywhere we went there were cuckoos.
