Found in the chook yard this morning. Emphasis on letting him out rather than taking pics.

Looks like it has a rounded tail. It also looks similar to https://canberra.naturemapr.org/Sightings/4251423 which was nearby (also ID'ed as this species).
Expression looks more staring than frowning though?

thanks, yes, it might be the same bird. This is the first reasonable view of it. It seems to like to hunt around the chook yard.
