I think it is not Gelechioidea because the labial palps do not have the curved needle points. The posture resembles some Gracillaridae and Plutellidae.

The palpi are typical for Phycitinae, and the antennae held back along the body support this. It might be a Morocaphycita oculiferella male, but not enough of the pattern shows to be sure.

Looking at 4428253 and 4426281, my last comment was wrong. The palpi are gelechioid.
