We are very interested in any sighting of Little Eagles with prey at this time of the year. Most of our breeding LE's and their nestlings have left the ACT and we would like to know more about those seen here in late Autumn - Early Winter
User's notes
Cam and I spotted this Little Eagle while out walking. Just spectacular to see one so close in the wild. I was lucky enough to capture the beauty and power of this magnificent bird as it took off with its prey. We came across it while I think it was hiding from the magpies who were not happy at losing one of their young. It then flew off to to battle with the magpies again.
