Could you remove photo 1 please. Everything is out of focus. The leaves in photo 2 look as if it is Brachyscome spathulata but I need an in focus photo of the flower to be certain.

hopefully the new photo's help with the id. Thanks for your time!

I am starting to think it might be Lagenophora gracilis, which has similar looking leaves, at least in photos. It has ‘petals’ 1.5-2.5 mm long. Brachyscome spathulata has ‘petals’ 5-16 mm long and is a much more robust plant overall. How long were the ‘petals’ in your flower? At least a guestimate.

the "petals are quite short - i would have said 1-3mm but no longer than 5mm. When i looked up Lagenophora (NSW plantnet) it said - grows near water and moist gullies which isn't this location.
