User's notes

Male Funnelweb ? found on old mining track about 100m from a tributory of the Mulloon Creek, deep in the fire zone. Unsure whether this was dead or alive, and unwilling to test either way. Nearby, in collapsed burnt trees, there were signs of funnelweb (?) activity.

The spider is a female Missulena, but the web is almost certainly the work of some other kind of mygalomorph, perhaps a Hadronyche.
