Author's notes

Arrived at 5.30pm when female was sitting above female nestling which had moved up out of the hollow, along a groove above the hollow. Adult female was calling softly to nestling. Adult male was sitting higher in the tree not far away. Nestling had head arched backward in begging posture. After about 10 minutes the adults flew off to the northeast.
