I thought it was Leptospermum, but it looks like the Baeckea from Meredith Cosgrove's book.

One of the characters I look for is whether the branches are weeping or not. Having a hand in a photo is useful for giving scale, but when you do so please do an extra photo showing whether the branches are weeping or upright or make a comment.
