Hi Jackie, It's a longhorn beetle, but not one I recall seeing before. I've checked through the image gallery on this site: http://www.ento.csiro.au/biology/cerambycidae/cerambycidae.html# ... and yours does resemble Aphanosperma (length of the antennae, plain colouring, parallel sided elytra). One of our beetle experts might have more ideas.
