User's notes

I saw this large cat cross the road in the distance and only managed to stop and take a quick picture. It was heading uphill from the road towards the South West. When I reviewed the image it was obvious it was carrying a lizard.

Some cats eat large numbers of reptiles. Reptiles of that size in that location would be Cunningham's Skinks, Bearded Dragons and Jacky Lizards, and the cats there would also be eating Bush Rats, 2 species of Antechinus, Common Pygmy Possums (rare), Feather-tailed Gliders (rare), and probably Sugar Gliders, as well as rabbits.
