Thanks John would appreciate postings of Gang Gangs looking into hollows on Mt Ainslie - currently there are no confirmed breeding locations from either Mt Ainslie or Mt Majura and would eb good to try and locate any, so that we can better look after them
Michael, there seems to be a lot of looking into hollows and occasionally spending the night but I have not seen any staying in one place for any length of time. There are Galahs, Noisy Miners, Sulphur Crested and Gang Gangs all jockeying for real estate. This is the first time we have seen Gang Gangs in the area.
Thanks John - Yes for the last three years we have had cameras at the entrance to hollows in which Superb Parrots are breeding. Even though they have claimed the hollow you are just as likely to see crimson rosellas, eastern rosella's or starlings viewing into or partially entering the hollows
