Possibly Pscoptera: Myopsocidae. This insect was approximately 3mm in overall length (it was smaller than a matchhead) and active on a tree trunk. It appears to have some of wing periphery and face markings of the insects shown in sightings 4228221 and 4227882. These previous sightings however, were of larger insects.
