Could you give your best estimate, while 16-100 works for plants, it is not a helpful range for birds.

I've changed it to 30. I noticed them again on last Friday night near the supermarket. They seem to be using the trees near the shops for roosting.

Thanks Michael. I've noticed that too. Would be difficult to count how many are there roosting with all the leaves unless you watch them flying in, but one roost in the Woden Town Centre last year had 150 birds in a single tree.

My guess of 30 was conservative - there could have been more - but it was certainly a strong flock.
