Significant sighting

This is a new invasive grass that we would like to get an understanding of just how widespread it is in the region

User's notes

Two extra-large, extra-hairy plants that have come up among many smaller Panicum effusum in an area planted by Friends of Mt Painter in 2018. Image 5 shows one of the large plants on the left next to a small one on the right.

Thanks Cath - I'll get Steve Taylor to check the ID - I assume you pulled the weedy Panicum out

I haven't been receiving CNM emails that I would have expected, so just saw this.
Yes, pulled out and bagged.

If you are not receiving the emails you expect, it would be useful to report it to Aaron & Rohan:

Rohan is doing a lot of background software changes which are invisible but affecting many things.

But I just got this one, so maybe it's been fixed.
