Are you confident this is Aedes alboannulatus?
I draw your attention to the following sighting and comment by Dave Ferguson:
Culicidae sp. (family) (A mosquito) on 20 Oct 2015
"Sorry, had to undo, this is not Aedes alboannulatus which has a white band a short distance from the knee. Aedes alboannulatus appears to have acquired a new common name the 'white knee mosquito', unfortunately, white knees on mosquitos is a common character found on numerous species, and doesn't reflect a diagnostic character."
