I don't think I can see a parotoid gland nor any hind leg colouration so not a Uperolia and the belly looks like it might be marbled so perhaps not Crinia parinsignifera

Here is an example of a parinsignifera looking signifera. We can be confident that it is signifera as the recorder was astute enough to include a shot of its ventral surface, albeit somewhat obscured by his thumb! Never the less enough to confirm id.
