Scattered flowers throughout the bush land behind Calvary hospital

Difficult to say whether this is C. carnea or C. fuscata. Do you recall what the stem looked like, was it thin and dark coloured or thickish and green?

Stem is pinky red up near the corolla and is brown as it goes down toward the ground, and is covered in fine hairs
