I think these are Uperoleia. I would have been helpful to have shown the hidden colours on the hind legs, bright red/orange on Uperoleia and no colour at all in Crinia. Do you remember seeing any colour? Also if you think they are Crinia and assuming you can handle them, a belly shot will help determine if signifera or parinsignifera. In many cases only the belly colour or call is the only way to tell which is which.
