This is Hemiergis decresiensis (now called H. talbingoensis) the (Eastern Three-toed Skink. You can see the three toes in the photographs (and it has all four limbs - legless lizards do not have legs at all - just a a little scaly flap where the hind legs used to be in their ancestors). WillO
