A great photograph - one dragon in showy colour contrasts and behind him a second individual who is trying to blend into the background! Dragons can display complex behaviour and have a remarkable capacity to change colour quite quickly by changes in the the position of pigments within cells (chromatophores) just below the surface of the skin.
